When most of us celebrate our birthdays, it’s not uncommon to treat ourselves to a slice of cake or a cheeky glass of wine - but one star who opted for a very different birthday treat this year is This Morning presenter Josie Gibson.

The much loved ITV star decided that to make her 39th birthday she was going to opts for a unique beauty treatment called salmon sperm botox, to help defy the passage of time and keeping her youthful complexion looking in perfect condition.

Revealing the unusual beauty treatment on social media, Josie shared a short video in which her skin was positively glowing as she thanked her fans for their well wishes before admitting she was 'crying' over getting older. “Guys thank you so much for all my birthday wishes, I appreciate you. ” began Josie. “It’s my last year of my thirties, cry-cry, 40 next year! " "Where has the time gone?

If I could go back and do it all again, I definitely would. Life’s just so precious isn’t it? Every birthday I have, I just think ‘god, that’s another year stolen!’” She then continued: “I’m still trying to wing it, I’m still trying to pretend to be a parent.
