The two stars dated for a little over a year, from summer 2020 until their split in November 2021. Kaia has since moved on to a relationship with Elvis actor Austin Butler while Jacob is currently dating social media star Olivia Jade.

Kaia captioned the post, “A book for someone I used to know.” Kaia also included an excerpt from the book, which she highlighted.
