A Good Morning Britain presenter has spoken out about the time he was shockingly sexually assaulted. Brave Will Njobvu, who presents an entertainment slot on the ITV breakfast TV show – and also hosts shows on the radio station Capital XTRA – revealed he had "never felt so upset and scared" in his life during the incident.

Last year, the 28 year old came out as gay on TikTok, having received death threats from followers. At the time, he revealed: “I’m Black, gay and proud. There, I said it.

I never thought in a million years that those words would leave my mouth without me feeling cringed, uncomfortable or ashamed.” Now he's opened up about the sexual assault, telling Metro about his experience using a dating app. "I met a guy on Grindr and we went on a date outside and I went back to his," he said. "I think this is the first time in my life that I had experienced anything like this where someone was trying to be forceful with me but I was declining his advances and he was trying to do stuff.

I’d never felt so upset and scared in my life." Will added: "I didn’t have my location on so no one could find me, my friends and family didn’t know where I was and this person sexually assaulted me." He said he didn't want to go to the police because he wasn't ready to open up on his sexuality at the time.
