Georgina Jones heartbreakingly lost her son,Osian, when he was just 16 months old after he was born prematurely at 23 weeks.

While it's the most unimaginable pain a parent can go through, the doting mum, who also shares daughter Kitty, four, with her partner, Dave, sees her son's short life as "a blessing and a win, not a loss." "Osian was here for a reason and his reason was to spread joy and positivity", Georgina exclusively told OK! "We're not victims of this awful thing, we can take the joy of life, that he was with us for 16 months.

I'm incredibly blessed that we had him for that time - he was my little best mate." After saying goodbye to her son, Georgina, 46, who originally hails from Wales but lives near Bristol, found that going out dancing helped amid the "deep darkness of grief." She told us: "I love dancing, dancing is a form of healing for me, it regulates your heartbeat and you feel connected to people. "You don't have to talk, you don't have to be anything but just dance, it just shakes off your grief and energy.

It makes you feel and I think that's the biggest thing. When you're grieving feeling is a real challenge because you're so numb and you feel so awful so having that opportunity to dance is a type of therapy, talking therapy isn't for everyone." This prompted Georgia and her close friend Leah, who has experienced her own loss, to create the 'Grief Disco' event, to help others going through grief. "It's a way to feel connected and to not feel alone, we thought let's give people a different experience.
