Hollyoaks' Owen Warner addresses 'split' from co-star Jemma Donovan in update
ok.co.ukHollyoaks stars Owen Warner and Jemma Donovan have poked fun at reports that they have split up. In the hit Channel 4 soap, Owen's character Romeo Nightingale is in a relationship with Jemma's character Rayne Royce.
But away from the screen, the actors have been involved in a relationship since earlier this year. Reports swirled in recent days that the actors had split, with both agreeing to stay professional as they worked together on the same show.
However, the duo seemed to poke fun at the rumours as Owen posted an Instagram story together where they said they were definitely still an item.
In the story from Monday night, Owen sarcastically stated: "I just want to address that me and Jemma have broken up." He then went onto add that his co-star Jemma was "devastated" and "heartbroken." But then he switched the camera to reveal that his co-star was actually sat right next to him and was chuckling at the rumours.
