She captioned the romantic post, "Happy birthday to my love." The cute picture was taken at Italy's Lucca Summer Festival, and the loved-up couple can be seen posing in front of the stage as Holly packed on the PDA alongside her beaming husband.
The couple's famous friends were quick to flood the comments with their birthday wishes for Dan, 48. Football coach John Terry wrote: "Happy birthday Dan," while actor Will Mellor echoed his message.TV chef Clodagh McKenna added: "Happy birthday Dan.

Holly, who was allegedly asked not to wear a bra on kids' TV at the start of her career, and Dan first met while working together on CITV programme Ministry Of Mayhem in 2004.
