Travellers looking for to enjoy a few days away could soon be rubbing shoulders with the rich and famous thanks to a new low-price deal to Lake Como in Italy.

The resort has been dubbed 'the most beautiful place in the world' by some, but is often considered expensive due to its upmarket hotels and clientele.

Bargain website Wowcher is offering two, three and four-night stays at the upscale resort known for its dramatic scenery and historic villas, nestled at the heart of the Italian Alps.
