The On The Farm host is a doting mum to three children who she shares with her ex-husband, rugby star Richie Myler. Helen, 40, took to Instagram with a snap while out and about with her kids as she had a break from fronting Morning Live with former Strictly Come Dancing co-star Janette Manrara stepping in on the BBC One show on Thursday (February 8) alongside Gethin Jones.
The black and white snap featured her pushchair for youngest daughter, Elsie, who was walking off in front with her older brothers - eight-year-old Ernie and six-year-old Louis.
