Hamilton’s new MP has been appointed as a parliamentary private secretary (PPS) to the Chancellor.Imogen Walker shared the news of her role at Westminster on social media, and added that she has had an “incredible” first few weeks at the House of Commons following her election earlier this month.She also highlighted an early meeting on constituency matters including the town centre with the leader of South Lanarkshire Council as she settles in to work representing the new Hamilton & Clyde Valley seat.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
