Gogglebox's beloved couple, Giles Wood and Mary Killen, known for their unfiltered opinions while on the air, have been married for a whopping 30 years and on-screen on the Channel 4 show for nine of those.

And while the pair crack viewers up with their back-and-forth on the show while watching TV from their Wilshire cottage, Giles has now revealed that things aren't always so chatty when the cameras are off.

Chatting with Idler earlier this year, Giles recalled not talking to anyone for months on end during lockdown - including rarely conversing with his wife.
