Family 'devastated' after theft of campervan containing thousands of pounds worth of sports equipment

A devastated East Kilbride family are appealing for information after their beloved campervan was stolen from outside their home.The 1995 petrol blue-green Ford Freda was taken in the early hours of this morning some time between 1am and 7am from Bolingbroke in Calderwood while the family were asleep.Juliet Jacobs told Lanarkshire Live her family are "truly devastated" at the loss of their family van 'Rita' which also contained around £4000 worth of sports equipment.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
