If you missed it, the 21-year-old social media star’s website was offering fans the opportunity to purchase a $10,000 “Thank You Note From Emma” that would be delivered via Instagram DMs.
If fans were short on cash, they had the opportunity to finance the note out over several months. The listing was met with a negative backlash, and Emma was dragged online even though her team said that it was an accident that she had nothing to do with.
She opened up about life in the public eye and accountability in a new interview.
