Emergency services descend on main road after car ploughed into hedge
manchestereveningnews.co.ukFire crews, police, gas and electricity teams descended on a major road in Middleton after a car ploughed into a hedge. The car reportedly hit a lamppost on Grimshaw Lane in Middleton, before careering into a rose garden on Newbank Close on Sunday afternoon, December 31.
Officers from Greater Manchester Police and crews from Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service quickly cordoned off the area and cleared the scene.
