James Scroggie, who has gone from a size XXXXL to a XL after shedding more than 46kg, says he is a "different human being" and doesn't "recognise" his reflection in the mirror.

He reached his heaviest weight, 139kg (21st 8lbs), during lockdown, and thinks it started to pile on after he got married as he wasn't trying to "look good for somebody else anymore".
Before deciding to lose weight, James would eat up to 6,000 calories a day. He often found himself eating convenience food and having takeaways two or three times a week.
