He appeared to be under the influence of drugs."McCutcheon began shouting, 'Do you want it? Do you want it?' and began to kick the car."The victim tried to push him back but McCutcheon grabbed him and threw a punch.
Both men fell to the ground."The accused shouted, 'your car is going to get it', and grabbed a bin that he pushed towards the car.
