Hundreds of fans rushed to the comment section, to ask if the post was an engagement announcement, leading to Kai clarifying that it was in fact a promise ring.
However, he did tease that an engagement ring would "come soon." He commented: "Btw guys it’s a promise ring! The big one will come soon dw." Messages of congratulations flooded in, with many fans saying they can't wait until they finally get engaged for real.
