Couple to expand Dress 2 Kill wedding empire with dresses up to size 36

An Ayrshire couple is planning on expanding their size-inclusive wedding fashion empire to Kilmarnock. Andrew and Lesley Graham who have three couture wedding attire stores in Ayr are planning to bring one shop to Kilmarnock.Dressed to Kill is set to open its doors on Saturday, April 1 on Bank Street.Andrew said: "I grew up in Kilmarnock and moved away to work all over the world and I returned to Ayrshire I opened three shops in Ayr but I always wanted to come back to the town."I heard about the new regeneration scheme in Kilmarnock and I thought it was time to come back and bring one of the shops, which is Dress 2 Kill, and if it works we'll bring the other shops here too. "I'm excited to come back to my hometown and I've had lots of people on Facebook reaching out to me about it."Dressed 2 Kill sells prom dresses and Mother of the Bride dresses up to a size 36.

Andrew spoke about the importance of size inclusivity for wedding attire.He said: "We specialise in the plus size lady."I started the shop nine years ago and we sell dresses for ladies up to a size 36.

If you go to the high street, they stop selling clothes at size 18 and the ladies have no other place to go except online and that's taking a risk."Currently, Andrew and Lesley own I do Ayr, Strictly Bridal Ayr, and Scot 2B Kilts.The husband and wife team could bring a total of 10 jobs to the town.Andrew added: "I'm really excited about it and I think the shop will be great for the town.

We're already looking at the property that used to be Kilts 4 U next to Iceland for Scot 2B."We're hiring five people in total, three part-time and two full-timers for Dressed 2 Kill and we'd take on around the same if we bring Scot 2B to the old Kilts 4 U property."We're
