Chloe Madeley says becoming parents caused ‘multiple arguments’ with James Haskell
ok.co.ukChloe Madeley and husband James Haskell have loved every moment of parenthood since the birth of their daughter last year. The couple welcomed Bodhi into the world on 10 August 2022, and recently celebrated her first birthday with an underwater-themed party at their home.
However, the past 12 months have come with challenges too - and Chloe, 36, has candidly admitted that she and James recently went through a rough patch in their relationship.
Speaking to OK! , she explained that it was difficult getting to grips with James’ work schedule and that she became “resentful”.
The former England rugby player, 38, has now forged a new career as a DJ and spends most weekends during the summer months in Ibiza. “When that first started happening last June, I was really resentful of it,” Chloe told us. “I was heavily pregnant and he was travelling a lot, going to places like Monaco, Dubai, Ibiza, Miami and New York.” Chloe says it led to “multiple arguments” and became a “real challenge”.
