The new season of Celebrity Race Across The World will air on BBC One tonight after its initial launch was pushed back. The series, which sees four famous faces and their family members travel from Africa to the Arctic, was due to debut earlier this month.
But it was pulled by BBC bosses after an earthquake in Morocco killed nearly 3,000 people. The programme, which was filmed earlier this year, features Morocco's city Marrakesh in its opening episode so producers felt it was best to put off the season premiere.
In a statement, the BBC said: "The BBC has announced that in light of the earthquake in Morocco, the first episode of Celebrity Race Across the World will be postponed.
