Bianca, played by soap icon Patsy Palmer, is on a mission to free her sister Sonia Fowler from prison, as the much-loved nurse was framed for Debbie's murder by her own fiancé.
Despite her conviction that Reiss is the real villain, many in Albert Square think she's losing control and one notable resident, Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace), has pleaded with her to seek help for her depression.
However, this Thursday (October 3, 2024), Bianca found herself confronted by another worried Walford local in the café as Freddie Slater (played by Strictly's Bobby Brazier) offered his own diagnosis, based on his personal experience, suggesting she may be battling with ADHD.
