Angry residents slam 'Scotland's saddest Christmas tree' put up outside derelict village hall

South Lanarkshire villagers say they're stuck with Scotland's saddest Christmas tree.Dolphinton residents were stunned when a tree appeared outside the boarded-up village hall that was shut down earlier this year due to council budget cuts.Posters on a local Facebook community page branded it a "slap in the face".
