People living in a south Manchester neighbourhood say they have been plagued for years by motorists blocking driveways, dumping cars on street corners, and being ‘verbally abusive’ during school run hours.

The 57-year-old said: “The parking wasn’t great before the bollards were installed, but now it’s a complete mess outside our homes.
