Women in Photography exhibition to tour Dumfries and Galloway

An exhibition celebrating women in photography is set to tour Dumfries and Galloway. The display was first showcased at Shambellie House in June and can be enjoyed at DGRI until the end of February.

It will then tour other sites across the region. The images displayed were taken by emerging and established photographers from the UK and beyond, with 52 images chosen from more than 100 submissions.

Art in Healthcare co-ordinator, Frank Hayes, said: “DG Creative Wellbeing is delighted to present the Women in Photography exhibition in our newly established permanent exhibition area at DGRI. “We are looking forward to staff, patients, and visitors exploring the variety of captivating photographs contributed by these talented artists.”
