A woman has blasted her landlord after claiming damp has been in her home for four YEARS. Diane Kenyon moved into her two-up two-down terraced house in Horwich, near Bolton, 20 years ago.
At the time a damp proof course was fitted but about four years ago, serious damp emerged in her living room. Since then, she says, she has tried in vain to get her landlord, Places for People, to fix it.
