A woman announced she had died from a rare form of cancer via a heartbreaking LinkedIn post. Daniella Thackray, 25, had pre-written her final words on the social media site, which her family had posted on her behalf.

The HR professional, from Leeds, died from cholangiocarcinoma - a form of bile duct cancer. Daniella had urged people to 'enjoy the little things in life and cherish every moment' in the post, which has been liked by almost 35,000 people, reports YorkshireLive.

She added that she chose 'not to mourn' the life she was losing and thanked her family, friends and fiancé for making her time so special.

Daniella began her post with the devastating sentence: "If you're reading this then it means I have died from my battle with cancer and my family are posting my final message on my behalf." Try MEN Premium now for FREE...
