Wimbledon Champion Carlos Alcaraz Arrives in Nice for the 2023 Hopman Cup
justjared.comCarlos Alcaraz is ready for his next match. The 20-year-old Spanish tennis star was photographed posing on the terrace of the Radisson Blu Hotel in Nice, France on Thursday (July 20). Carlos is in France for the Hopman Cup 2023, where he’ll be playing mixed doubles for the first time in his career.
The match comes after Carlos dethroned Serbia’s Novak Djokovic during a historic men’s finals tennis match at Wimbledon. Carlos ended Novak’s undefeated 15-consecutive tiebreak streak during the second set and even won an epic 13-deuce 27-minute game in the third set. Carlos is the first player to win Wimbledon in 20 years outside of Novak, Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer, and Andy Murray.
