Willem Dafoe had nothing but praise for Patricia Arquette when speaking about her directorial debut, “Gonzo Girl”. Dafoe — who stars as Walker Reade in the flick — chatted to ET Canada’s Morgan Hoffman at the movie’s TIFF premiere.
