Meghan Markle sets off to join Prince Harry at Invictus Games in Germany

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been on different continents for the past few days as the Duke of Sussex is in Germany for the Invictus Games.

But the couple are set to be reunited very soon, as Meghan has been spotted at LAX airport as she catches a flight to join her husband at the tournament for injured service people and veterans.The Duchess of Sussex is reported to have boarded a flight bound for Heathrow and is then expected to travel on to Dusseldorf for the sporting event.Harry arrived in the UK last Thursday to attend the Well Child awards in London.

The following day was the first anniversary of his grandmother the Queen’s death and he paid his respects with a surprise visit to her final resting place at Windsor Castle.As we reported yesterday, the duke hadn’t expected to get permission from Buckingham Palace to to to St George’s Chapel, where the Queen lies in rest with Prince Philip, but he got it on the stipulation he kept the experience “private”.After leaving Windsor, Harry headed to Dusseldorf for the opening ceremony of the 2023 Invictus Games on Saturday.It’s been reported by the Express that the duchess stayed in California to look after kids Prince Archie, four and Princess Lilibet, two, and it was always planned that she wouldn’t join Harry until the halfway point of the competition.

There were rumours that Meghan had pulled out of an appearance at the event after her name disappeared from the schedule but the Daily Mail has obtained pics of her arriving at LAX just before 6pm on Monday.
