Strictly's Adam Thomas 'crying himself to sleep' following first training day as he pleads 'help me'
dailyrecord.co.ukStrictly Come Dancing star Adam Thomas has admitted he is "crying himself to sleep" after a gruelling first day at training for the upcoming BBC dance competition, having met his professional partner and been chucked in at the deep end.The former Emmerdale actor had hinted at his excitement earlier this week when he finally met his partner for the show and got given the news of what dance style he would be expected to learn for his debut on the dancefloor.But it seems positivity has now turned into nerves, as he took to social media on Monday night, looking slightly petrified, holding a bottle of water as he glanced into the camera, captioning the snap: "Help meeeee!" The star, also known for his role in Waterloo Road, later shared an image of himself suited and booted ahead of the first show as he admitted he arrived home following training to "cry himself to sleep," and joked he "wasn't smiling anymore".He wrote: "Safe to say am not smiling anymore!!
