A widow left “traumatised” after discovering her late husband had been laid to rest next to a notorious child killer in a Lanarkshire cemetery is “happy” that his body was exhumed and moved elsewhere.Sam Glass had been detained without limit of time for indecently assaulting, stabbing and killing five-year-old Jean Hamilton in the Bridgeton area of Glasgow in 1967.He was 20 years old at the time of the crime and spent 51 years in hospital secure units until his death in November 2018 from a brain tumour.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
