A Lanarkshire shopping centre was full of heart last week as they celebrated Valentine's Day.Rutherglen Exchange Shopping Centre welcomed back their friendly love heart Hugo on the most romantic day of the year, as he spread some love and happiness by giving away free everlasting roses from The Card Factory plus some sweets to local kids during the school holidays.
