Wetherspoons customers ‘gasp’ at new drink dubbed ‘worst in the world’

Recently, however, customers complained about a nationwide menu change which saw items increase in price by 7.5 per cent. Now, there has been another new change to menus which has left its diners horrified.
Visitors to the chain pub have taken to social media to share their shock at a ‘Signature Cocktail’ called the Bubbletiser. READ MORE: New Look £30 dress' 'absolutely stunning' design makes it perfect for Summer weddings Sharing a picture of the new drink on Twitter, @tash_wynarczyk tweeted: “[I] regret to inform everyone that Wetherspoons is now serving the worst drink in the world.” Replying to the tweet @SaskiaODonoghue exclaimed “CLOSE IT DOWN” while @emjeancox said “Oh NO absolutely not.” The ingredients of the cocktail have left people questioning how the flavours work together as it’s made up of bubblegum flavour vodka and bubblegum syrup, topped off with apple juice and lemonade, garnished with lemon.
DaBooch425 shared a snap of the menu on Reddit, captioned: “Can we all agree these are some of the worst looking signature cocktails out there?” Reddit user 99burritos said “I'm kind of impressed with how bad this is,” while SaladGold8498 commented: “The name Bubbleteizer legit made me gasp,” as it seems to be a play on an Appletiser.
