Waterfront food village with Neapolitan pizzas, burgers and fried chicken returns to Greater Manchester

A waterfront village boasting some of the region's best food and drink has confirmed its return. MediaCityUK has relaunched its popular outdoor dining concept with Kargo on the Docks at Salford Quays - and there's a number of new additions.

The concept, run by neighbouring food hall operators Kargo, will be home to pop-ups serving up everything from Neapolitan pizzas and burgers to fried chicken.

It will also feature brand-new installations by Salford-based artists and boast a packed schedule of events. For the first time, Honey Butter Ring Hut, operated by pizza pros Leopard Pie will be serving their Neapolitan pizzas from one of the shipping containers.

Other new food offerings include Parmogeddon, bringing fried chicken, while so Famous and Block Steak Shop will be cooking up burgers, and ThatZiki will be opening their second MediaCity location.
