After a miserable start to our summer, it's about time we had some sun. We've seen a lot of rain and cloud throughout June and July but Mancunians enjoyed a stunning start to the week on Monday, with clear blue skies and warm temperatures.
The good news is it doesn't end there, as the Met Office is predicting a scorcher across the region in the coming days. By 9am it is already expected to hit 18C, with temperatures climbing until around 4pm. The night will be warm, with temperatures of around 17C.
