Motorist are being warned to be vigilant after a spate of vandalism attacks that saw tyres slashed and cars keyed.Police are appealing for information regarding several vandalisms to vehicles across West Lothian, including Armadale, Bathgate, Whitburn, Livingston, Mid Calder, Uphall and Broxburn.The incidents occurred between the evening of Tuesday, May 9 and the morning of Wednesday 10.
During this time several vehicles were scratched as well as having tyres punctured.Livingston Mobile Tyres took to Facebook to warn people to keep an eye on their cars and vans.Owner Liam Renton said: “As you have probably seen all over Facebook someone was out slashing tyres and keying cars all over West Lothian!So please keep an eye on your cars and vans.”If you have any information that can help or have CCTV or dash camera footage showing suspicious activities during this time, please contact Police on 101, quoting incident number 1837 of the 10th of May 2023.
