Unimpressed This Morning viewers issue the same complaint minutes into ITV show
ok.co.ukChaos ensued on This Morning when the cast from the Fawlty Towers stage show unexpectedly stormed the set, causing quite the stir on the ITV show.
Presenters Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary were caught off guard at the start of the episode on Friday 26 July as they were about to tease the day's lineup, only to be interrupted by an unplanned cameo.The live broadcast quickly turned into a farce as the Fawlty Towers actors burst in, throwing Alison and Dermot's introduction into turmoil.
During the commotion, something was accidentally broken, leading to a shocked exclamation from host Alison who exclaimed: "They broke it!" Not everyone was amused by this impromptu Fawlty takeover, however, with some viewers taking to social media to air their grievances.
One disgruntled viewer took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to comment: "Faulty Towers wasn't funny 50 years ago #ThisMorning," reports the Express.
