Ukrainian U21 international Max Kucheriavyi signs two year contract extension with St Johnstone

Ukrainian Under-21 international Max Kucheriavyi feels St Johnstone is the best place for his development after committing his future to the club.The 20-year-old this week penned a two year contract extension at McDiarmid Park in a deal that takes him through until the summer of 2025.Kucheriavyi has been involved with the first team squad for the majority of the season and, while he has seen limited game-time, is clearly someone highly rated by Perth management.He netted within minutes of his Ukraine U21 debut in a fixture against Israel towards the end of last year.“It was an easy decision to stay,” Kucheriavyi admitted after signing the extended contract at Saints.“I’m settled here and I am looking forward to working hard and progressing over the next few years.“From the moment I have arrived I have learned a lot.
