Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary were beyond excited to reveal This Morning's new 'family member' just a week after they told viewers who will be the new hosts of the show.
The pair were back at the helm of the ITV daytime programme on Friday (February 23). Last Friday (February 16), Alison, 49, and Dermot, 50, announced that Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley are This Morning's new hosting duo and that the pair will replace previous main hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby following their sudden exits within months of each other last year.
Ben and Cat will follow the same working pattern as the previous hosts, presenting the show from Monday to Thursday while Alison and Dermot will continue to present their usual Friday show and stand in during various breaks throughout the year alongside other members of the This Morning family.
