Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's section on the Buckingham Palace website has been significantly reduced in a major change. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have now found themselves next to Prince Andrew on the family site, who has faced criticism for his friendship with convicted criminal Jeffrey Epstein.
However, insiders say this is not a snub, reports the Mirror. The big update on the website also sees Harry's 2,700-word bio and Meghan's 1,300-word bio swapped for a sweet joint 500-word bio.
Meghan and Harry were initially taken off the Buckingham Palace site completely before their long individual bios were replaced by a 500-word joint section. The Daily Mail reports that it's thought the palace press office was gradually updating the website following the death of Queen Elizabeth and would "get round to it in time".
Sources also told the publisher that the changes should not be seen as a snub, but rather a much-needed update. Buckingham Palace also added a link to Harry and Meghan's new Sussex.com website, which is being seen as an olive branch to the couple.
