A third teenager has been charged after the Rochdale Cenotaph was daubed with the words 'Free Palestine'. The teen, who cannot be named for legal reasons has been charged with racially aggravated criminal damage and theft.

It comes after the memorial in Rochdale town centre, was sprayed with the words on Tuesday, November 7. Last week, one boy was charged with racially aggravated criminal damage.
