When Sydney Sweeney starred in the hit show Euphoria, it quickly became her breakout acting role. However it turns out she can also credit the show for her radiant complexion.

Sydney revealed to Glamour that an ice roller she used in a memorable - and slightly unhinged - 4am skincare scene has become part of her daily beauty regimen.

In the Euphoria episode, Sydney's character Cassie is seen indulging in an eccentric beauty routine at 4am, using the ESARORA Ice Roller, which can be purchased for £23.47 on Amazon, to reduce puffiness in her face.The ice roller was included in the scene thanks to Sydney herself, who confessed that she frequently used it during Covid and brought it along with her other skincare items to use on set.

She shared with Glamour: "I did the ice rolling. I was like, 'Wait, I forgot that I really love this.' So every morning now, when I go to set or when I wake up, I ice roll my face."
