Multi-Coloured Swap Shop star Maggie Philbin looks unrecognisable now, 46 years since finding fame on children's television.The 69 year old also starred on Tomorrows World, the go-to BBC science show she presented from 1983.
Her dream came true back in November 2018 when she got the chance to host Tomorrow's World again. The show that once had her and audiences enthralled with live gadget-testing made a comeback, reports the Express.
It returned for a one-off live special, with Maggie among four of the show's original presenters to return for the 90-minute programme.The unexpected rebirth of the iconic show, which found itself shelved by the BBC back in 2003, delights no one more than Maggie herself.
