In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

Whilst packing for her family’s latest caravan holiday, Stacey took to her Instagram stories to share how she manages to keep all her children’s clothes neatly organised and ready to quickly put away at the other end using an over the door oragniser.
