The SSPCA is appealing for information after two cats were found abandoned in Rutherglen.Scotland’s animal welfare charity was alerted to the incident after staff at Taylor Vets discovered the pair outside their reception, on East Kilbride Road, when they arrived to open the premises on Friday, February 3.The two adult cats, one male and one female, were dumped in small black crate with a pack of treats.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
