'She said 'mummy my arm feels wet.' You could see everything it was awful'
manchestereveningnews.co.ukA mum claims her daughter has been left permanently scarred after 'slicing her arm open' on a piece of metal that was sticking out of a bollard.
Ella Jackson, who was six at the time, was playing out on the street near the family home in Edgeley, Stockport, as mum Jodie, 31, watched on.
However, Ella suddenly collapsed to the ground as blood poured from her arm. Jodie claims she had caught it on a 'metal cable tie' that was tied around the bollard, part of which was sticking out and 'looked like a razor blade' it was so sharp. She has now been left with a permanent scar on the inside of her upper right arm. Care worker Jodie claims the injury could have been much worse had it cut an artery.
