Scott Kenyon, a longtime Innovative Artists agent, died on February 15, 2024. No cause or location was given. Kenyon began his career in 2008 at the New York office of Innovative Artists, where he was hired as the assistant to Maury DiMauro, VP and head of the agency’s strategic marketing and endorsements department.

After his promotion to agent in the department, Kenyon went on to spend the next 14 years working in New York before relocating in 2022 to Innovative’s West Coast office.

It marked a return to his hometown of Los Angeles. His colleagues remembered Kenyon as a rare combination of an entertainment professional who moved effortlessly from the professional worlds of fashion and beauty brands to his recreational pursuits on the volleyball court and golf course. “Scott Kenyon has been a treasured friend and beloved colleague since he began working with us when he was 23 years old, and over these sixteen years, he has become a brother, son, and mentor to all of us at Innovative,” said DiMauro and agency president Scott Harris. “With broken hearts we send our condolences to his wife, children, parents, sister, and family on their unfathomable loss, along with our profound gratitude for their generosity in letting him be a part of our family for so many years.” He is survived by his wife, Lauren, and two children, Tyler (age 6) and Crosby (age 3).

A memorial fund has been established on GoFundMe to honor Scott Kenyon’s legacy. Donations can be made online. By providing your information, you agree to our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
