A Scots gran says she has been been living without hot water for a year in a damp flat with mushrooms growing beside the toilet.
Krima Al Edanee, 62, from Glasgow has had a heart bypass and lives with breathing problems says these issues are further 'impacting her health.' She says she has to boil the kettle just to wash dishes at her home in Burnbank Terrace, and every time she scrubs the mushrooms away from the bathroom they grow back again, reports Glasgow Live.Krima has had to paint over mould in her bedroom and says there is also dampness in a storage cupboard.
Problems with the boiler mean that the grandmother-of-two can't turn on the heating. She said: "Winter is coming. There is no heating and I don't know what to do.
I have no hot water and there is dampness. I'm scared to look behind the bed or sofa in case I find more dampness. I am not happy." Krima added: "It is impacting my health.
