Rylan Clark has revealed how he got to live out his dream of becoming cabin crew for the day in a surprising career move. Rylan, 35, appeared on Thursday's Good Morning Britain to talk about his new BBC Italy travel series with Rob Rinder, but the conversation soon turned to his recent stint as a flight attendant.TV presenter Rylan has always dreamed of a life at 30,000ft, so Virgin Atlantic recently put him to the test on a flight from London to Miami.
In the air, Rylan learnt how to master the welcome, deliver the best in-class service, serve the drinks and meals as well as occupy the younger guests.
GMB presenter Charlotte Hawkins asked Rylan: "You've done singing, you do presenting, but your dream job was to be cabin crew?" Rylan revealed: "I've always wanted to be cabin crew.Then Virgin Atlantic, the whole team, they heard me mention this in an interview and they said, 'why don't you come and try it!' "I tell you now, I had the best experience.
I did an economy flight to Miami and the passengers didn't know I was going to be there. I didn't think anyone would know who I was to be honest and I had the best time." Rylan then went on to admit that cabin crew have a lot more responsibilities than he first realised.
