Robin Propper to Rangers transfer is ON after Clement identifies Twente captain as Goldson successor

Rangers have agreed to sign FC Twente captain Robin Propper with the Dutch defender on his way to Glasgow. Philippe Clement is desperate to beef up his backline after losing Connor Goldson to Aris Limassol and the 30-year-old former Hercales and De Graafschap stopper - right sided like Goldson - is on the brink of a move to the Light Blues with only a medical to completed.
