In an emotional interview, he said he has "let myself down”.Model Ellie, who has been married to the presenter since 2011, is said to be "absolutely raging" since finding out about the scandal and now Jermaine has opened up about the heart-stopping moment he told her.The dad-of-four was forced to come clean about being fired after Ellie believed he would be returning to his job on The One Show.
Delivering the bombshell admission, Jenas told his wife: "I've been sacked by the BBC."According to The Sun, when Ellie asked what for, the ex-Tottenham player confessed: "For sending text messages that weren't appropriate to two girls." Jermaine insists he did nothing illegal and the messages were between consenting adults, one of whom he said made clear she was interested.
